What are the monthly and yearly prices?
Starter is RM238/month or RM2,388/year; Growth is RM298/month or RM2,999/year; Scale is RM378/month or RM3,800/year. Monthly billing starts with a three-month commitment, paid monthly in advance, then renews month-to-month. Yearly billing is paid upfront. Renewal is manual, with no automatic charge.
Is advertising spend included in the package price?
Advertising spend is separate. Customers prepay advertising funds to WZMB; we handle Google payments and report actual platform charges separately from package fees. Ads pause when funds run out. Unused advertising funds are refunded after final charges are reconciled. During the approved free trial, WZMB funds up to RM150 of advertising spend.
Who owns the website, domain and advertising account?
Customers retain their existing assets, including existing domains, advertising accounts and supplied logos, photos and business materials. WZMB retains ownership of the newly created website and WZMB-registered domains and Google Ads accounts. Google Business Profiles always remain customer-owned, with the customer as primary owner and WZMB invited as manager. They are excluded from WZMB asset ownership and any buyout. Website use is licensed while subscribed; neither monthly nor yearly billing automatically transfers ownership. An optional website/domain buyout price or calculation is agreed before signup, with migration quoted separately.
How does the free 30-day trial work?
Up to five approved businesses each month receive 30 days of Google Ads management and up to RM150 WZMB-funded advertising spend. Setup, keyword research, ad copy, conversion tracking, monitoring and an end-of-trial report are included. Dates and scope are agreed before launch. Ads pause when the credit is exhausted; management remains available until day 30. No trial management or advertising payment, and no automatic paid subscription, is required. No standard website build is included; any required landing page is quoted separately before work begins.
Is Google Business Profile included?
SEO setup includes one initial setup or improvement pass for one eligible Google Business Profile, with verification guidance. Growth includes quarterly profile accuracy checks; Scale includes monthly profile accuracy checks. Starter includes no scheduled profile checks. Requested edits use the existing small-update allowance. Google Business Profile itself is free; WZMB’s work is included in your package fee. Eligibility and Google approval apply. Regular posting, review replies, additional locations, suspension appeals and ownership disputes are quoted separately.
